Template Installation Problem

Hi Ciaran,

I am trying to install J51_Jasmine for J3 on a site and am getting the following error message:

Warning
Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::create: Could not create folder.Path: /home/wwwaddinghambowl/public_html[TMP]
Warning: Failed to move file: [TMP]/phpeO7lVX to /home/wwwaddinghambowl/public_html[TMP]/j51_jasmine.zip
×
Error
Unable to detect manifest file.

I have installed this template on another site and it worked fine. Do you have any idea why this isn't working?

Are your folder permissions correct?
I'm assuming your site is already working and you just want to install the template?
Have a look in the Joomla backend under:
System - System Information - Check Folder Permissions

Thanks Ciaran. I think there was something wrong with the Joomla installation so I uninstalled Joomla and then reinstalled and it now works fine.
