how do we always get the bullets in the top position and not in the middle of several lines. Please see the attachment.

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

ul.tick li {

    background-position-y: .8em;

}
