Have you the 'Logo Image' field set to no? The slogan field is only available when using a text based logo.

yes, I habe the Logo Image set no.

I see the slogan, but the Slogan Text Size make noch change.
When i try 20px (default are 9px), they is always 9 px.

I habe the same problem with template Elvira and Hannah.
