on header I have a language menu with flags classic Joomla.
How can show this positions on phone?

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {

.header-1, .header-2 {

    display: block !important;

    top: 0;

}}
