Hello,

we have on our website some problems with joomla51 central.

Joomla doesn't take the changes (xammp/hosting server) after saving.
Also by editing for example the css files directly in the (template/css) folder!

When installing the template on a clean joomla everything works.

do you have a solution for this problems?

best regards

Hello

It sounds like there is a write access issue between your server and your Joomla installation. From your Joomla installation navigate to System -> System Information -> Directory Permissions and ensure all files and folders listed are writeable.

I checked that (google) there write access to all folders.
There are no changing effects when I work on the css file besides the joomla system.

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you

Your templates styles appear to saving without issue. A possible cause of your problem was most likely due to editing the incorrect template style for your homepage. On our template demo we created different template styles and assigned them to varying menu items depending on how we wanted them pages styled. Eg our homepage has its own template style (J51 _Central - Homepage) which has the full page header enabled.

There is unfortunately an issue.
For example I change all color settings in "Styling" to red but without effect!

I do work on the template, which you set as default.
This problem is local also online.

Hello

You are editing the default template style. This is not the template style used on your homepage. Your changes can be seen here... http://aka-x.de/index.php/typography
