Hello,
Can I move the logo and menu to the top of the page if option - full header image is checked in the template options?

The following CSS will move your menu and logo to the top of the page. This CSS can be added to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

    vertical-align: top;

}

.header-bar {

    margin-top: 5px;

    top: 0;

}
