successor to "J51 Ideal Homes" template?

My group has used the "J51 Ideal Homes" template for an internal development, some years ago (Joomla 1.5).
We are now starting something new - on Joomla 3.4 - and we would like to re-use some of our previous graphics.
Is any of the current Joomla51 templates a "successor" to "Ideal Homes"?

Your choice of template is very much down to personal taste regardless following are some possible solutions for your project with a similar styling to that of the 'Ideal Homes' template....
