Substance template before footer?

I am not sure what modules assigned on the positions above footer on the template?
how do I achieve the thumbnail images, menu and declaimers like the template?

Also how can I change the tab from Miscellaneous information to the other word in contact us page?

For this area of the template we used the base-1a (J51_ThimbsGallery), base1b (Custom HTML), base-1c (Menu) and base-1d (Custom HTML) module positions.

To edit this text you will have to edit the language file for this component directly. In Joomla the contact language files is located at ../language/en-GB/en-GB.com_contact.ini from the root of your Joomla installation.
