Substance - Menu disappears on iPad

the Menu disappears on iPad or small screen, and i noticed that the logos ( i have a logo and another logo - custom HTML on added position below the menu don't become smaller when the screen size smaller. how can I make the logo and image smaller and menu to appear on smaller screen?

I worked out that i needed to use hornav-mobile position for menu for small screen.
I managed the re-sizing the logo too.
