Substance - layout options...missing?

on the demo i can see "content - sidecol" or "sidecol - content" but on my installation i dont see it?

i.e http://demo.joomla51.com/0097/index.php/layout-options/sidecol-content

picture is what i see.. i assume "S" == sidecol and "c" is content

so im missing the "sidecol - content" and the "content - sidecol" options?
