Hi,
I purchased a template on your website and I have a few questions:
1) After my purchase, I discovered that I have an active subscription on my account. What does this mean? What will happen when the subscription changes to inactive?
2) I downloaded my template, however it seems like I can't download it twice. Is this normal?
3) Is there any support by email or is it only on this forum?

1. A single purchase of a template allows access to all files associated with this template while your subscription lasts (3 months).
2. You should be able to continue to access your downloads via the 'My Downloads' link to the top right of this page.
3. For the benefit of the masses we have moved all support to our forum.

Thanks for your fast reply.
Just to make sure I have all information regarding point number one. After the 3 months, the only thing that will happen is that I won't be able to access the files anymore, however I will still be able to use the template on my end for as long as I want. Correct?
For the moment I can't download the files. It does not appear in my downloads. Probably because I used another name while purchasing. Is it possible to put it back in my account? Thanks.

Yes that is it. You can continue to use the template as you wish after your subscription stops.
