To help you in getting the best results in answering your support questions on our forum I have put together the following list to consider when posting.
Always post a link
Post a link to your website, whether it be a new thread, a new post or just a follow on post. Ensure that the link is directed to the specific page that is experiencing the problem.
Joomla Version
Always provide the version of Joomla you are using and the name and version of any 3rd party extension that may be connected with the issue.
Screenshots
If possible add a screenshot to help describe the issue you are experiencing including any notes that might help in describing the issue.
Browser Name/Version
State the browser name and version you are using especially if the issue is specific to a particular browser.
Running on a local host
If you are running your site on a local host understand that we may not be able to supply a solution until we can view the site. It is therefore recommended to wait until you have uploaded your site to a host.
Check if the issue is unique to our template
Always check that the problem is unique to the template, testing the site with one of Joomlas default templates.
