Hi Ciaran,

If you look at https://www.deniset3.sg-host.com/about-us/history-of-scotts you will see two inserts that seem to contain copies of the website itself. They appear on several pages, and seem to have appeared after I created a duplicate template style, just for the front page, and then decided to delete it.

Any ideas?

Secondly, how do I make the showcase slider on the home page (https://www.deniset3.sg-host.com/) stretch across the browser while the remainder stays within the normal width?

Thank you!

Hello

1. Strange indeed. Have you any 3rd party plugins installed that may be causing this issue?

2. To amend create a template style that is just applied to your homepage. As your slideshow appears to be in your component area, try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of that templates styles parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

#container_main .wrapper960 {
width: 100%;
}

Thanks Ciaran,

I will go through all the plugins, that is a good suggestion because it is also happening on the website we are replacing so it looks like some code we have in corporated.

On the showcase issue, the CSS needs to be more specific as other areas get expanded. I have tried to put width: 100% on the module class (by creating a new class .frontpageslider) but that doesn't work.

Any other ideas?

Hi Peter

It is not possible to extend to full width within the component area without effecting other content within this area. Have you considering placing your slideshow in the showcase-# module position instead?

Hi Ciaran,

I have used showcase-1a and it is working fine, thank you!

The formatting issue was caused by a new eDocman plugin, now fixed.

Many thanks again
