Specialize template doesn't work in mobile

The menus doesn't work in HTC One X. They do work in iphone/chrome. I tried to update template to the latest version but I guess this message means that I have the latest version already?

Template Install: There is already a Template using the named directory: Install. Are you trying to install the same template again?
