Admittedly this is an error that I have not come across before. Is this only occurring with the demo installer? Do you get a similar issue with a standard Joomla installation (https://downloads.joomla.org/)?

yes, it's occurring only with the demo installer. The same problem I had before with Skylar (Skylar Quickstart setup failure topic).
The installation of the template is correctly working; the problem is only with the quickstart.

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

Actually it seems to go better but my installation fails this time with the following error after setting the database:
Duplicate entry '700-4.2.7-2022-12-29' for key 'PRIMARY'

Do you have any suggestions for this?

This issue we have been able to replicate. I have just updated the demo installer (again) and the issue should be now resolved.

I'm sorry to say that the result is quite similar

0 Unknown format specifier "S"
Is the same problem found some months ago with the Skylar template.
Unfortunately, the quickstart is really useful to understand many customizations used in the template, so I hope for some solutions.
One question, what PHP version was used in the demo?

I have test in both PHP 8.0 and 8.1 without any issue.

Could you try installing the demo using English? I suspect that maybe you are using a different language?
