[SOLVED] J51_Enlighten: "circles" like in the demo

Hello,
I've bought the J51_Enlighten Template and until now i'm very satisfied :)
I have one little problem. How can i insert the circles/bubbles you can see in the demo in an article?

These can be created by simply adding a horizontal line (<hr />;) in your editor.
