Hi!
I'm using the same template (J51 Polaris) on two websites.

On one site I can get the URL (FB and LinkedIn) to work, so the icons appear on my website, however when clicking the icons on website, you get error message. This site is http://www.køter.dk How do I fix this?

On the other site I get a 404-error and get stuck in a 404 loop when trying to save an URL to the template. I've tried copy/pasting the same URLs used on the first website (that I know works as far as putting them into the template) but even this gives a 404-error. NOTE: I am using a sub-directory on this site, so it's http://www.sproutzone.dk/joomla for now. When the site is ready it will be moved to the main directory. But is it the use of a sub-directory that is screwing with the URLs in the template?

Hi Julie

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you Julie

I have entered the full URL to social icon and it appear to be now working correctly..

Eg..

http://www.facebook/joomla51.com

rather than...

facebook/joomla51.com
