Social Media Link in Piano Forte "Follow us"

Hi,

i just purchased the Piano Forte template and till now it looks really great.
Just one short question:

In the "Follow us" Module there are in the frontend three links for twitter, rss and vimeo. If I check the the backend module I can see the text and the links to the three buttons but no info how to change them into for example facebook.
On the FTP there are also only these three image files.
Pls let me know whether there is a special way where to amend them or confirm that I need to chance them inside the module. If inside the module are there anywhere the addl png-file buttons for facebook etc?

Hi,

the link of the demo template is:

http://demo.joomla51.com/0104/

I'm talking about the black area in the footer "Follow us today"
For this article there is just the text and pictures are invisible and only the links can be changed.
On the server I see only the picutre files for the three samples from the demo template.
I would like to add Facebook, Google+, Twitter etc also in this footer box.
Do you know where to find the logos with color "grey" ?

This area of the template demo was created using a Custom HTML module with the images taken from the icons folder of the media manager. Only the 3 icons are included in the folder however you can upload alternative icons if you so wish. The source code used for this Custom HTML module is as follows (edit to taste)...
