social media icons, open link on the same page

i am using joomla 4 and emani template. I would like to put between the social icons, an icon that is linked to a search page and I would like it to open ON THE SAME PAGE and not in a new one.
I have set all the parameters in the template in
site template -> general -> social media icons -> custom icons

Custom Icon = fa-search
Icon tile = search
Icon Url = (a page inside the site)

But when I click on the icon, a new page opens for me. There is no possibility to tell whether to open the link in the same page (_self) or in a new one (_blank).

HOW CAN I FORCE OPENING ON THE SAME PAGE?

(I also tried with the html code)

but does not accept it

Hello

Sorry to say there is no option to define a target attribute on the template social icons. One option may be to use the J51-InlineIcons module included with your template which does have the option to define this attribute with each icon.

unfortunately the J51-InlineIcons module is very different from the graphic result I want to obtain (http://www.glbarone.it). The form already included in your test site "Contact US -socila media" should be very well sent. However, I tried to insert it in the right position next to the main menu, but it seems not possible (I tried the header positions showcase 1a and 1f and top 1f).
How can I replace (also via code) the social icons included in the template options with the "contact us - social media" module?
