Hi,

is there a way to turn off the slideshow / showcase in Responsive Layout?
I use Arkadia template for example and slideshow doesnt scale down.

But... i dont use Autson Slideshow, i use CK Slideshow bcs of some security reasons and problems with autson slideshow and some virus removal tools like Avast.

Thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve

Due to these same security issues (http://www.joomla51.com/forum/8-commercial-templates/3943-using-the-autson-slideshow-please-read-js-hiddenlink) the Autson slideshow has been replaced with our own J51 slideshow which is full responsive. I have this slideshow available for you to download at the following dropbox URL.. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/69136519/mod_j51slideshow_arkadia.zip

If this slideshow is not suitable, which devices would you like to disable the slideshow (tablets and phones or just tablets)?

hi, thx for your answer. I need it for tablet and phones, in case that tablets also have a smaller display resolution than the width of the showcase.

Hello

To disable on both tablet and phone try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters..

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
#container_slideshow {
display: none;
}}
