HI Ciaran, I tried to use your demoinstaller, but it didnt work so I choose the normal installation. Now I got one problem with the slideshow on this site http://www.hairandsoul.at/index.php

it should be on top behind the menu. and what did you use for the sliding headlines?

thanks! Marion

Hi Marion

Unlink some earlier template releases our Madison templates header slideshow is set up from within the templates parameters rather than using a slideshow module. To add images to the header slideshow navigate to Extensions -> Template Manager ->{YourTemplateStyle] -> 'Styling' tab -> Add/Edit Header Slideshow Images.

The sliding headlines are created using the J51 Carousel module which is included with your download.

yes, I found that possibility which is perfect for the sub-sites. but on the home-site I'd like to have a different slider...so if I understand you correct, you only used the styling tab for all sites, right?

Hi Marion

To create different slides for different pages, multiple template styles can be created. So your default template style can have one slideshow set up which will appear on all pages and then a second template style can be created assigned to just your homepage with a different slideshow. For details on creating multiple template style may I suggest the following tutorial... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/creating-multiple-template-styles
