the text of the slide show is not loading correct on windows IE. on mac firefox and safari it works perfect. thank you!

May I ask what version of IE are you using? Testing in IE Edge, your slideshow text appears to be displaying without issue.

Hi, IE version 11.0.41. my colleague tested it in edge too, and he has the same problems as our customer on loading the site for the very first time.

This appears to be a resources issue on your customers device. You could try changing the animation of the text to one requiring less demands from the users device or disabling the animation altogether.

Hi, for the layer slideshow there is no way to change the animation of the text, at least I couldn't find one...only duration and interval...I could only find animations of the text in the image hover module...

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

.layerslideshow .item * {

    animation: 0s ease 0s normal none 1 running none !important;

}
