Hi Ciaran

I print a page with the Joomla print button. A new window opens. Looking at Firefox devtools, I see a 404 error on a request for modal.css (s. screenshot).

Using Filezilla, I was able to verify that there is no file with this name in the template's directories.

This applies to both the J3 and the J4 versions of your template.

Regards

Rolf

Hi Rolf

My apologies as I appear to have completely missed this post. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you Rolf

You appear to a htaccess set on your administration folder. Could I ask you to also send details to access your administration login?

Hi Ciaran

Yes, this issue has been resolved for this website (s. screenshot SKYLAR_modal.css_missing_resolved.jpg). What did you change?

I also noticed the same issue in the J4 version of SKYLAR. Did you apply the patch there as well? And will the patches be part of the next releases (J3 and J4) of SKYLAR?

And do you still need the access to my devsite?

Regards

Rolf

Hi Rolf

Thank you for the update. There was an unused call for the modal.css which we have removed. This issue originated in the Joomla 3 template and was also transferred to the Joomla 4 template when updated. I will be releasing a new update for both the Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 Skylar templates on Monday, resolving this issue.

Thank you for your patience. You can now disable the provided admin account.

Hi Ciaran

I have reactivated the .htaccess and disabled your user account. I didn't delete the account; just in case ...;)

Thx

Rolf
