Hi HighlandJ51

Happy to help if I can.

Did you find the Template Downloads and Extensions Downloads under the PROFILE menu?

Kindest regards,
Hervé

Hi HighlandJ51,

Hervé has already shown you where to find the downloads. If you still can't access them despite having paid for a Club Membership, it's possible that your membership hasn't been activated correctly.

Unfortunately, Joomla51 has been experiencing serious support issues for quite some time now. As far as I can tell, Ciaran hasn't publicly responded in the forum since August 2025. Many other customers have also reported receiving no replies to their support requests.

Unfortunately, we don't know exactly what has happened to Joomla51, and to my knowledge, there hasn't been any official explanation.

I would recommend checking your membership status and payment confirmation, and trying to contact support again. If you still can't access your downloads, you might want to consider requesting a refund through your payment provider.

I've been using Joomla51 templates for many years myself, and I'm now trying to help other users here in the forum whenever I can.

I hope you can get this issue resolved!

Best regards,
Marcel
