Setting Grid Gallery for URL Link Instead of Menu

I have a website built using the Journal template located at http://txwebpro.com.

I am using the Grid Gallery for my example websites where I would like to change from menu link to a URL link so the visitors can click on go to the live website.

There is a code fix for another commercial template that worked but I have having problems with this template.

Could you repeat the code change necessary to change the Grid Gallery to URL links for the Journal template?

The same method would apply with our Journal template.
