Serenity - sub-menu off RH side of screen & error message at top

Hi Ciaran - re hornav, when I select a sub-menu of the most right-hand menu item, it goes off the window/screen to the right. Is it possible to make it appear to the left of the menu instead, so it stays fully visible? You fixed that previously with some extra CSS code for another template, but it doesn't work on Serenity.

ALSO - unrelated I think - there's an error message at the top left of the screen "item 121 - deeper parent " etc - only on pages with header images enabled
