Hello, is it possible to have the same scroll down button on the homepage of the Florence template just like the arrow-button on the homepage off the Vitality template?
Thanks!

Oh, oké. Is there a way I can copy this from one of the other templates that have this functionality or is it rather complex?

Hi Mo4
You could try using one of the many extensions available for this purpose. A recommended solution would be something like... http://extensions.joomla.org/profile/extension/structure-a-navigation/site-navigation/page-scroll-buttons

I have looked at the extensions you suggested and also at several others but none seem to do the anything even resembling that nice animated down arrow that was excellent on earlier types of your templates.
Could you please either re-instate it as an option or suggest some other way to alert the site visitor that they are on a full screen view and there is more to see below.
I like the idea of the full screen images on some site pages but this has the very significant disadvantage the people may not scroll down unless prompted.
One possible approach I have thought was maybe to actually not have anything else on the home page except the header image, the menu and a carousel using j51carousel with HTML lists of highlights on other pages. Presumably with the right choice of module position the Carousel would appear in the full screen space with the full screen header.
The issue is how to make use of the full screen header concept on a home page in as idiot proof way as possible.

Hi David
You make a very valid point and it is something we will ensure to re instate on future template releases with a full screen header option.
May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will attempt to add a scroll to button to your Florence template. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Mol4
I have since updated our Florence template to include a scroll to button in the header area. To apply simply update your templates with the latest download. For details on updating your template may I suggest the following article... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/updating-your-template

Thanks for that.
Have set up aft http://www.whitchurchwaterway.uk/home/homedraft
And
http://trust.whitchurch-shropshire.co.uk/
Looks to me like the positioning of the button needs a small tweek down and to the left for the responsive view. (I am only able to try using my smartphone at the moment)
