How do I remove "forgot your password" and "forgot your username" in the attached image.

Hello

Probably the easiest option would be to use CSS. To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...


#login-form .unstyled li:nth-last-child(2), #login-form .unstyled li:nth-last-child(1) {
display: none;
}
