Riley template 'jumps' on scrolling down

Hello,
on my clients website I'm using the J51 Riley template (Joomla 3)
When I try to scroll down the page keeps 'hanging' and jumps up and down fast.
If I scroll down somewhat harder then it works again.
It is in different browsers.
How can I fix this?

Is the issue present if you disable the 'wa_agent_btn' module (green contact option at the bottom right of the screen)?

I've disabled the button and cleared the cache but the problem remains.

Hi Ton

As you are still using Joomla 3, we will need to be able to edit your template as we are no longer updating our Joomla 3 templates. However when we attempt to amend your template we are getting the following error..

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server.


This is has been resolved in the Joomla 4 version of the template.
