Responsive Nav J4 Templates

I know in your Joomla 3 templates there used to be in the responsive nav under the JS folder allow parent true or false. But now I cannot locate that in Joomla4 to be able to make parent items in the responsive slide out menu clickable when it has dropped Downs. How to fix this?
