Responsive Module Disable not working

Hello,
I have disabled the Bottom Module on my Responsive Options but it doesn't seem to be working. For ref: http://www.kksfavthings.com > it's on every page. Currently I have "Follow Me", "Popular Tags" and "Search" modules in the bottom position.
