May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
Could you try updating the template to the latest download. Simply re download the template and install via your Extensions Manager. No template settings will be lost.
Is there any pages on your site where the issue is not present?
I've bought several templates from your site during this year. Still there's only the last one that I can download from "my downloads" within my account.
I'm not sure why.
The Grafik template is not available for me to download again.
Originally template purchase only allowed access to the download for 3 months. We have since changed this to lifetime. I have amended your account and all purchased templates should be now available to you.

I purchased Cashmere and went to my downloads to see what the latest update on that template was, and it does not show up. I read where I could only download for 3 mos, but that you have changed the policy to lifetime. Could you update my account to reflect this? Thanks
