Responsive menu root item not clickable in Valencia

Ciaran,

In responsive mode, the root menu item is not clickable. In other templates the fix is to change AllowParentLinks to true in nav.js. The fix in the corresponding program in Valencia (jquery.slicknav.js) does not seem to work. How do I fix this? BTW the root menu item is 'Rooms'.

Hello

For the 'AllowParentLinks' fix to work correctly, ensure you have 'SlickNav' enabled for your mobile menu in the 'Responsive Options' tab of your templates parameters.

Thank you Ciaran, with the this option the responsive menu overlays the logo. How do I create the space at the top of the screen for the responsive menu?

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

.slicknav_menu {

    position: relative;

}
