Responsive Layout Good on iDevices But Not Android

Currently the responsive layout is opening correctly on all "i" products, but on Android the text and images are cut off. Below are two screen captures to illustrate. The first is from an iPhone and the second is from Android. How can I fix this?

The 4 images (logos) appear to be placed within a table which by default are not responsive. Try placing these images inline which should resolve the issue.
