Responsive Issue with Letterpress template

HI,
The Letterpress template is not working responsive queries. I noticed it on the template section is showing a message as follow: "Error: 500 JHtml Behavior :: mootool not found" Would you please check what's going on?

This issue is most commonly related to having the wrong template installed for your Joomla version. Please ensure you have used the install file from the folder of your Joomla version.
