Resonate - thumbsgallery lightbox on mobile device

Hi, I'm using the Resonate template with the thumbsgallery module - works great on desktop computers. But when I open the page on mobile devices, the "lightbox effect" doesn't work and the images appear in a blank page when I click the thumbnails ...

Any ideas?

Hi Micheal

Sorry to say the lightbox used with our ThumbsGallery module is not mobile friendly so we have disabled it on smaller screen devices. We are hoping to amend this issue with an alternative lightbox on the next update of the module.

Hi Ciarán,

I understand, so the lightbox-effect itself is disabled - but what can I do to prevent the images being opened on a new page?

Thats not very comfortable for the visitors ...

Your mobile browser will open the image in the default manner of any linked image. In most cases this is to a new page in your browser. The only way to open the image in the same page is via a mobile compatible lightbox.
