Resonate demo installation problem

Hello
I am trying to install the demo package for the resonate template , i follow the instructions you provide burt when i type the installation url i get the last screen of installation saying that i have to remove the installation folder and i cannot proceed with the installation.
After that i try to install only the template but no luck as i get the error message that the templatedaetails.xml is not valid, i try unzip the zip file of the template at the tmp folder and proceed with the installation but no luck again.
I cannot use this template, so i need your help(i try to install this locally through wamp so i cannot provide you access to the site)
Your help will be much appreciated.

Hello

The installation folder Joomla asks you to remove is a folder in the root of your site. This folder is only used by Joomla when installing and is considered a security risk if left after your installation is complete. Simply delete or rename this folder to complete your installation.

Maybe i was not clear from the beggining , this is the first screen i get when i start the installation something that it is not ok as you have to go all over the procedure and at the end you get this screen and you delete the installation folder.This is the problem

My apologies as I miss understood. Could you try deleting the configuration.php in the root of your demo installer and then attempt the installation.
