I purchased the template, I installed it but any changes I made from the templates paramiters and saved it wont apply the changes. I changed my Text logo and changed some color theme and copyright. No result Pls this is urgent what do I do?

I have done everthing as suggested in the link and still my logo text name wont change. Pls if i need to provide my login credentails for you to solve it for me fine. this is an emergency

I have done all that, The color changes is ok but the template name is not changing. Can you tell me in this case which menu is the default logo name assigned?
