Hello there,

I have recently installed the Renovate template and I'm using Joomla 3.2.
First of all, I would like to thank you for this creative, stylish, & easy-to-use template :)
It's worth to mention that I'm not an expert in web designs, I'm just an owner of a small business and handling the website by myself so I'm not pretty much familiar with HTML codes etc..
I would like to change the module hight for (main menu), Top-1b (where the bottoms are) & Top-1a modules, is that possible? As I would like to have the Home page to fit in the whole screen without scrolling down too much.

I'm sure I'll get back to you in many other issues along the way, but for now I would appreciate your help in this regard.

Thanks,
Mai

Hi Mai

To better understand your query would you have a URL to an example of your modules? By default your module height will automatically adjust to accommodate your module content.

Dear Ciaran,

Sorry for not replying earlier as I was traveling overseas.
I will send you the access to our URL by email so you can check out what I mean.

I have another issue with the GridGallery module. I have that module available under "Suppliers Gallery" tab on our website (please check that as well).
1- I'm trying to add 15 images but it does not accept more than 9 images in my case!!!
2- I also would like to increase the number of images to 30 or load more than one grid gallery in the same page, please let me know what is the best option and how can I do that (bearing in mind that I'm not good on HTML codes so please let me know what to do step by step) :blush:
3- Another issue with this gallery is that I would like to link the images to an external URL to open in a new window (another website URL, not a link to the menu articles). I have read the same enquiry from another user but I couldn't really understand how to fix it so could you please help with this as well.

Thanks,
Mai

Hi Mai

Just to confirm you wish to change the height of the area that quotes 'LeanGene within the globe'??

1./2. May I suggest setting us up with temporary FTP access to your Joomla installation we will amend the issue regarding your GridGallery only displaying 10 images and also edit your module so you can enter external URLs.

3. Sorry to say at present there is no option to display more than 15 images with this extension.

Thank you Ciaran for the reply.

Yes I mean to change the hight of the area that you mentioned.
As for the FTP access, it will be the same as the one for the website that I sent you by email. Is there more information I'm missing? You might need the FTP port; it's 21

Thanks,
Mai

Thank you

To force the height of the row of top-1# module positions try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters where 100px is your position height (edit to taste)..

#container_slideshow_modules {
height: 100px;
}

We have edited your GridGallery so you can add external URLs and also updated the module amending the issue regarding only 10 images displaying.

Yes for the benefit of others users and to simplify things we would ask you to create a new post for each of your queries.
