Renovate - Menu in Footer

Hi everyone
I'm new to Joomla and Renovate is my first template ever!. I think I'm winning so far :unsure: .

I have two menu questions regarding mobile phone views (please be patient and pardon my ignorance if necessary!)
Header: - the dropdown menu symbol is partly covering the text? I would prefer the text to stay the same size
Footer: The Menu items in the main menu do not have an article. They just lead to the drop down menu in PC view. However after a user scrolls down the page on a mobile, the footer links link back to the Main menu items and there is nothing to show. The only alternative is to have to scroll back up to the top of the site? I guess I could put an article there but was wondering if there is any workaround?

1. To reposition your menu toggle button to keep it away from your text try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...


#nav-toggle {

    right: -10px;

    top: 35px;

}


2. Presuming I understand you correctly you wish to hide the 'WELCOME' link from your footer?? .. to do so also add the following to your Custom CSS field..


#footermenu li.item-101 {

    display: none;

}

Yes am very much enjoying the template.

I just want the Welcome or Home and Contact links to show in the footer, rather than the Main Menu items. Do I need to create a new Footer Menu somehow? Sorry if a stupid question.

Yes rather than hiding particular menu items your best option would be to create a new menu specifically for your footer menu which you can then assign via your templates parameters.
