Hello again,
My GridGallery displays differently on iPhone than laptop. as shown in the attached pics.
I'm using MacBook Air (13 inch).
On the other hand, I used to set my image size to the same size indicated on the slideshow settings but recently when I'm trying to do so, the image does not display fully in the area of the slideshow. After trial and error I managed to have the slideshow displays the way I like it on laptop when I set the image hight as 467px on the slideshow settings but the actual image hight I save is 390px. But this did not go the same on iPhone even when I tried to set the image hight the same as the settings, I still can see a gap between the slideshow and the top-1 module. - The same problem with iPad
Any idea what am I doing wrong here?
** Also please notice that the whole page on iPhone & iPad is not displayed fully (it's missing part of the page, the right side)!
There is another thing I would like to have for my GridGallery, how can I change the colour of the navigation arrows
Since I'm using white background for my images I would like them to be with different colour in order to be visible.
Thanks in advance.
Mai

Hello
Checking your slideshow you navigation images are appearing dark. Please ensure you have done a full refresh on your browser (CTRL + F5) to load the new navigation arrows.

Hi again,
I tried to access my FTP site using FileZilla (as I said before I'm not a web developer, I'm just the owner of the site so these things are like a puzzle to me) but I tried to google that :S .
Following your first recommendation I located the file as shown on the attached image, is that correct? and is it where I change the navigation arrows?
If so I, tried to add different images (same image with different colour) and replaced the "prev.png" & "next.png" files but kept the same name - unfortunately that was not reflected on the front end so I returned back the original images.
Is there something wrong I'm doing?
Thanks,
Mai

Hi Ciaran,
Sorry to say that the problem has not really been resolved yet!
I'm trying different approach but still did not decide to keep the template as responsive or not because of this issue, so I'll keep this to a later stage when I'm done with the content.
As for the navigation arrow did you find another way to solve it? or is there a special CSS code that I can add?
Thanks,
Mai

Thank you
I have set the height of your slideshow to match that of your slideshow images and it now appears to be displaying correctly.

Hello,
Email sent!
As for the navigation arrows issues, to be honest, I have no idea how to change that!!!
Would you mind changing that for me using the access I sent or let me know how to do that step by step as it was cloudaccess.com who installed the template for me.
Thanks,
Mai

Hello
I am not sure if I understand you correctly regarding your slideshow. Been responsive the slideshow will extend the width of your image. May I suggest re sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
To change the color of the navigation arrows you will have to edit them directly. You will find them located at ../modules/mod_j51slideshow/img from the root of your Joomla installation.
