Removing space on Boutique template

I am using the Boutique template on http://www.ashwoodphotography.co.uk . I would like to remove about 3/4 of a cm from above the title and one cm from between the title and the top of the images. I have tried to use the suggestion you gave me for another template but it did not work. can you help please?

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#header {

    height: 160px;

}
