Good day
I have been running a website using the Grafik template. I have a contact form on the site and have found that there is a message displayed recently as follows:
ReCaptcha V1 is shutdown.
Now understand that Google has disabled V1 and I have to update to V2, which I have done. But this template does not use the Captcha-Recaptcha plugin, it uses Captcha-JRCaptcha. Please can you help me. The link to the errror is as follows: http://closeal.co.za/index.php/contact-us

Hello

Your reCAPTCHA is through a Joomla plugin which is listed in your plugin manager (Extensions -> Plugins -> CAPTCHA - reCAPTCHA). From here you can set your reCAPTCHA version number

Thanks for your response Ciaran. Problem is however that there is no Captcha-Recaptcha plugin available to set. The only captcha on the template is the Captcha-JRCaptcha.

Hello

Your template does not dictate what captcha is loaded. The template itself does not include any captcha plugin. It sounds like you may have a 3rd party captcha plugin installed? Have you tried 'discovering' the Joomla core captcha plugin (Extensions -> Manage -> Discover). The Joomla core plugin could exist but just not be installed.
