Dear Sirs,

I have just now checked my purchase history to print my two invoices for madison and vitality template but i also noticed that there is one transcation for second payment of madison pending.

Why is that?

Hi Andreou

Pending orders will appear in your history if you had a non complete order of a template. Simply put any orders made to the system will be marked as pending until payment is received for that order, at which point it will be marked as confirmed.

Yes but I already bought that template. I have two madison templates in my purchase history. One paid and one pending.
Please remove the pending.
