Problem with the purchase of a template

Dear sir, madam,

yesterday I've tried to buy a joomla template (the Executive). I've payed with paypal and I've received a confirmation of my payment from paypal. But I've never received a mail from you with a download link for the template.

I've tried to send an e-mail from my mailaddres, patrizia@xs4all.nl, plus I've tried to register an account for the forum with username pat61nl and mailaddress patrizia@xs4all.nl. But again I haven't received your confirmation mail to activate the account. I've checked mijn spam-box, but no mail from joomla51.

So I've tried again with my gmail account and the registration for the forum succeded.

Something seems to go wrong when I use my xs4all.nl mailaddress.

I've sent you a mail from my gmail account, but I still haven't got an answer from you.

I've also tried to get in contact through your facebook page.

Could you please be so kind to send me the download link for the template I've purchased?

All emails sent to you have been returned to us undelivered with the following error..

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:

554 rejected due to spam content

We also tried your Paypal email address with the same result.

A dropbox URL to download your purchase has been messaged to you via Facebook.

finally I've found all your mails in my spambox today. Very strange...

I'm very sorry to have bothered you with this. I must have a look at the configuration of my spamfilter.

Anyway, I could download the template!
