Hi Ciarán,
One of my diveclub member informed me that the thumbsgallery is not working properly on mobile devices. It's not possible to switch through the pictures. It's opening a new site with black background and the picture. There is no "Next" or "Previous" button/arrow/link. You always have to close the picture by hitting the back button of the mobile device and open the next picture. It's working nice on my personal computer / notebook.
URL: http://www.tauchteamlinz.at/impressionen
I searched the J51 forum and found following download: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/110280303/mod_j51thumbsgalleryV1.zip ... that didn't fix my problem. Installing the module from https://www.joomla51.com/free-module-extensions/item/j51-thumbs-gallery is making problems with the background of the website.
Any ideas how to fix that?
Kind regards,
Manfred

Hi Arie
I am not sure if I understand you correctly. Does your query relate to the ThumbGallery or LayerSlideshow module? Would you have a URL to an example of the issue?

Hi Manfred
We are going to look in to an alternative lightbox for the thumbs gallery which will hopefully allow for better compatibility across all devices. We will hopefully have a better solution for you over the next day or so.

Hi Manfred
May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hi Ciarán,
I think your CSS is not working as expected (Android, Firefox). The previous and next icons are still missing!? Take a look

Hi Manfred
To ensure the previous and next icons are displayed at all times try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

Hi
So... First of all... SORRY... I cleared the caches AGAIN and now the desktop version is working as it should! SORRY
I don't know how the mobile version should look like. I've uploaded a screenshot of my HTC 2 mini.
Missing features:
* "Next" or "Previous" button, something like a diashow!?
* The background should fade out to get a better contrast to the colourful underwater pictures
I'm NOT sure if this is possible for mobiles!?
Kind regards and sorry

Hi Manfred
Starting with desktop view we are unable to replicate some these issues. Are you getting the same result after clearing the cache in your browser or doing a full refresh?

Hi!
Not really... The "Next" or "Previous" button is now missing in every version (mobile phone and personal computer). The background (website) is not fading out when you click on a picture. It's getting worser and not better
You can take a look
Manfred
EDIT: When you click on a larger picture (example "23.01.2016: Tauchgang Schlierwand - 1st picture) the opening picture is behind the main menu.
