Problem to instal J51 - Riley

Hi Forum, I just bought the template J51 - Riley that is supposed to be compatible with Joomla 5. My Joomla version is 5.2.4 Stable

By trying to install the template I've got error messages:
- JInstaller: :Install: Die XML-Installationsdatei konnte nicht gefunden werden.
- Die Manifest-Datei konnte nicht gefunden werden.

Any advise what I can do?
