Print Issue with Enlighten

Hi Ciarán,
We're getting ready to launch this Joomla 3+ site with Enlighten: http://casite-642225.cloudaccess.net/

My client is concerned about the print versions. When you use the print function on a page, the preview looks fine, but the actual printout has URL paths that we don't want. See screenshot.



EVen if this issue could get resolved, my client is very concerned that using CONTROL P creates a printout with all the urls for every link on the page. See screenshot.


WE need these URLs hidden.

This is a standard part of Bootstrap which now that you bring to my attention is rather unsightly. To remove could you try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates...


a[href]:after {

  content: "" !important;

}

Thanks, Ciarán! We're getting there. Your solution works great when choosing CONTROL P, or EDIT PRINT.

When you use the PRINT function in joomla, the preview still looks good, but the actual printout has the URL. See screenshot.

Could you try removing the following in your templates bootstrap.css (../templates/[YourTemplate]/css/bootstrap.css)..


a[href]:after {

    content: " (" attr(href) ")";

  }
