I am looking at using your templates to replace my existing Prostar template at our club site - sftarc.org

The templates that I am considering are: Sophia, Layla, Metropolis and Magnolia.

Key Features:

1. Add intro image and text (smaller size image) to a blog article while displaying the full size image in the article. The into function is in the Joomla article options but is not supported in the Prostar template.
2. Are only the Extensions that you show available in a specific template or can I ad them as needed?
3 .I assume from the documentation that Header/Logo image size is adjustable? I want to go from a Fixed page to a Fluid page.
4. Move the center content area to a left content at 2/3 width setting up a blog. Also need to include articles, continuing to use the Featured articles flag would b useful. This appears to be possible?

My current first choice is the Magnolia template. Is this the best option for my site and the changes I want to make?

Thanks
Greg

Hi Greg

1. Yes, each of the templates you are considering supports the Joomla feature allowing you to set an intro and a full article image.

2. Each template includes a selection of bundled module extensions which you are free to use as required. You will find these extensions demonstrated within each template demo You are also free to use third party Joomla extensions if needed.

3. The header will adjust to accomodate your logo. If you have specific style requirements, feel free to post to this forum, detailing your requirements and we will supply you with the required CSS.

4. To confirm that I understand you correctly, would you have a URL to an example of the layout you require?

Ciaran:

I believe you have answered my questions. To answer your question, no I do not have a URL to illustrate my desired layout.

Thanks for the reply

Greetings! I really like Grafik, Emani, and Serenity templates, especially the preset examples on each, however, I would prefer a blog like Jasmine ... I like how Jasmine renders the date in a square. QUESTION: Can the "square date feature" (See https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0164/index.php/blog) be easily added to other templates (i.e. Grafik, Emani, and Serenity), like importing an extension or minor adjustment? If so, I would be inclined to purchase a membership verses a single template purchase. Please let me know of my options as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!

Hello

Unfortunately, it is not as simple as installing a plugin however if you send temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com, we will make this amendment for. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
