Hi there - I'm using the Valencia template and not using a menu - I.e. I have a single menu item "home" but it's hidden from view.

However as it's not being used, I would like to place some text in the menu position (HORNAV), e.g. single line of contact details, so they are shown above the showcased image.

Can you please let me know the best way to achieve this?

Many thanks
Marc

Hi Marc

Presuming I understand you correctly, you can replace this area of your template with a module position (hornav) via the 'Menus' tab of your templates parameters. You can then add some text using a 'Custom' module and set to the 'hornav' module position.

Thanks Ciarán - initially I tried to assign a custom module to hornav, but didn't work.

I did not realise I had to convert the menu area to a module position. So following your suggestion I did this, and now the header is working as needed.

Many thanks for your help,
Marc
